Pricing & Payment

  • Your coffee is priced lower than other roasters, how can it be any good?

Gillies is a direct from the roaster source for freshly roasted coffee, in wholesale lots selling directly to you without middlemen. Our entire operation is under one roof, and we pass the savings we realize directly on to you, our customer.

  • Your coffee is more expensive than some other roasters, how do you justify that?

Stock-lots of middling quality are available from most origins. You know the coffee’s from Guatemala but that’s all you know. Ours is from a specific farm, mill or exporter, you learn the region and district from which the beans come, and often the name of the farm. Our Guatemala, for instance, is always an Antigua, and always an SHB EP grade (the highest grade obtainable). You’ll taste the difference in the cup, and so will your customers. You are paying a fair price, and getting a great product, and a great value in return.

  • What payment options are available?

Our website accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and PayPal. The website is completely secure and encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for potential information integrity risks.

  • Do you offer terms, credit accounts, or COD orders?

No. Gillies accepts only pre-paid orders on the www.gilliescoffee.com website. This is one way we keep our prices low.
